Brazil Ore Shipments to China increase after India’s ban

Brazil is shipping extra Iron ore to China after Karnataka banned exports of Iron ore.

The number of capesize-class vessels hired to collect Brazilian ore doubled to 14 last week.

Rental rates for capesizes have also doubled to $29,956/day this month, according to data from the London-based Baltic Exchange.
