Brazil: Manganese ore exports fall by 13% m-o-m in Feb’23

Brazil’s manganese ore exports dropped by 13% m-o-m to 141,303 t in Feb’23 against 162,230 t in Jan’23, as per Customs data.
Export volumes declined during the month because of global bearish demand. Exports to China stood at 114,535 t, up by 4%. This was followed by Turkey at 25,567 t.
However, export volumes rose by a whopping 125% compared to 134,829 t in Jan-Feb’22 y-o-y.
