Brazil: Iron ore exports jump to a 9-month high in June

  • Brazil’s iron ore export volumes in Jun’22 increased to 32.11 mnt compared to 33.54 mnt in Jun’21, according to Brazil customs data.
  • The volumes have hit a nine-month high since Sep’21.
  • The average price of iron ore exported from Brazil in June stood at $97.6/t on FOB basis.
