Brazil expands AD duty on Indonesian cold-rolled stainless steel sheets from December

  • Brazil’s Secretariat of Foreign Trade (SECEX) declared an extension of anti-dumping (AD) measures on grade 304 cold-rolled stainless steel sheets from Indonesia for another five years from December 1.
  • Hence, imports of Indonesia’s grade 304 stainless steel will continue to be subject to an AD duty rate of 18.79%.
  • The products are cold-rolled stainless steel sheets in a thickness range of 0.35mm to 4.75mm, of grades 304, 304L, and 304H.
