Brazil: Bauxite and ore exports up by 12% m-o-m in Nov’22

Brazil’s bauxite and ore exports stood at 1.02 mnt, up by 12% m-o-m in Nov’22 against Oct’22 which was 0.91 mnt.
Out of which, alumina was largely stable with a slight rise of 1% to 0.69 mnt in Nov’22 from 0.68 mnt in Oct’22. Bauxite increased 39% to 0.32 mnt in Nov’22 from 0.23 mnt in Oct’22.
Canada was the largest importer with 528,510 t followed by Norway and the US with 177,159 t and 142,254 t.
