It's
reported that the Black Sea's ferrous scrap export prices to Turkey has decreased
recently. At present, the HMS 1 (A3) scrap prices offered by Romanian suppliers to
Turkey are at US$435/MT CFR.
However,
traders said that some Romanian scrap suppliers accepted the bid prices of
US$430/ton CFR. Besides, Bulgaria's HMS 1 (A3) scrap export quotes to Turkey are at
US$ 435/MT CFR recently and Russia's HMS 1 (A3) scrap export quotes to Turkey is at US$
435-440/MT CFR.
Further, market participants expect offers for European HMS 80:20 (1&2) to Turkish mills should be lower
than US$430-435/MT CFR.
