Producers of Pig iron located in the CIS, have maintained export prices in the same range as seen in the previous week.
Though, sellers have been trying to lift offers in the last few days, buyers are unwilling to make any new purchases even at the prevailing price level and are waiting for some correction in prices.
Current offers:
Ukraine: 380-395/MT FoB Black Sea
5,000 tons Basic grade Pig iron was offered in the range of US$410-420/MT CFR Italy.
It has also been heard that buyers have been offered Pig iron in the range of US$410-420/MT CFR Italy.
