The semi finished material Billet is being sold out in large quantities from the CIS to buyers based in Turkey.
Billet exporters in CIS closed a deal of 20,000 tons of December output that was sold at $535/MT CFR with $23/MT of freight to Turkey.
Offers have come down by $8/MT for CIS December production and is currently being offered at $512/MT FOB for exports purposes.
