The suppliers of Billet in CIS have raised offers for exports purposes.
The material is being offered at higher prices due to increase in value of scrap in the international market.
There has been a gain of $10-15/MT in Billet prices the last day for the November and December rolled material.
Current offers stand in the range of $510-515/MT FOB Black Sea from last levels of $500-505/MT during the week before.
