Buying has weakened in a major way and it is becoming difficult to make predictions about demand in nearest future.
Low demand of structures has hit the Billet market and sellers have failed to at least hold current at current levels.
Billet manufacturers based in locations such as Rourkela (Odisha), Raipur and Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh), Durgapur and Kolkata (West Bengal) and Kandla (Ahmedabad) are offering the semi finished material by Rs 200/MT less.
