Billet offers remain more or less same across India today. Manufacturers are optimistic regarding the price trend in the mid of December.
Offers should not fall further as they are at quite low levels and look to stabilize for around two weeks.
Billet market was somewhat surprising in the last month and participants witnessed a reverse of what was expected.
In South India, November resulted in all time low sales of Billet from the start of the year and as compared to Nov 11, offers slipped in a major way.
