Billet market in the CIS have been influenced by the limited sales of finished long products.
In the last week, Billet prices were quoted in the range of $510-515/MT FOB Black Sea.
It was heard that an exports deal of 15,000 tons of Billet was closed recently.
Looking at the weak demand of finished steel at present, the exporters of Billet in CIS are offering the material for December rolling by $5-10/MT less to $505-510/MT FOB Black Sea.
