Billet producers in Russia have planned not to manufacture an additional quantity of the material and keep it equal to last month.
Maintenance reasons and a good quantity of material already sold out bY manufacturers have resulted for the above. Billet exports might fall by around 8% to 125,000 tons and overall sales by 15%.
13,000 tons of the material is to be supplied to CIS, which is an increase of 6%. Suppliers in the CIS are offering Billet at high prices, by $10-15/MT to $570 C & F to the UAE.
