Suppliers of Billet in Turkey increase prices for exports purposes on account of an upward trend in scrap offers.
Exporters have quoted Billet at $10-15/MT more to $530-545/MT FOB, which was being traded at US$520-535/MT FOB during the last week.
Though, there is no improvement in buying volumes of Billet, producers have raised offers due to high prices of the raw material, scrap.
