BigMint’s daily assessed sponge iron prices in India rose by INR 200-500/tonne (t) d-o-d across markets on 5 December 2024. PDRI prices closed at INR 23,500-26,500/t, while CDRI was at INR 26,300-30,700/t.
The daily assessed BigMint’s billet index increased further by INR 450/tonne (t), reaching INR 39,100/t exw-Raipur on 5 December.
