BigMint’s daily assessed sponge iron (Indian origin) market today witnessed a further price drop of INR 50-550/t d-o-d on 24 October 2024. PDRI prices stood at INR 24,700-26,900/t at the close of the trading day, while CDRI offers were assessed at INR 27,200-32,600/t.
The daily assessed BigMint’s billet index edged lower by INR 50/t, settling at INR 39,350/tonne (t) exw-Raipur on 24 October, 2024.
