At the Vedanta-FACOR’s ferro chrome auction today, the larger lot (10-150 mm) achieved an H1 price of INR 110,200/t exw, nearly matching the base price of INR 110,000/t. Meanwhile, the other lot of 10-50 mm got sold for INR 111,900/t exw. Bids were ex-plant basis with 60% Cr prorata, excluding GST. Prices fell by INR 2,400/t m-o-m amid subdued demand in the stainless steel segment.
