Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) is an integrated power plant equipment manufacturer and one of the largest engineering and manufacturing company of its kind in India.
The company has invited a tender for purchase of 16,500 MT ordinary portland cement (OPC) Gr 43 as per IS 8112 at Suratgarh site, RVUNL, Rajasthan. They are procuring the material on behalf of their customers and the same shall be resold to them.
The delivery of the material should be completed by March’17.
Eligibility criteria
1. Bidder should be a manufacturer of ordinary portland cement Gr 43 as per IS:8112.
2. Bidder should have integrated cement plant in India and have an annual production capacity of 300,000 MT.
3. Bidder should have average minimum annual turnover of Rs. 24,725,250 during last three years.
4. Valid PAN number needs to be submitted by bidder.

Bid submission due and tender opening are scheduled on same day i.e 1 Nov’16 at 15:00 and 15:30 hrs respectively.
