Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) is an integrated power plant equipment manufacturer and one of the largest engineering and manufacturing company of its kind in India.
The company has invited a tender for purchase of 15,000 MT Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) of 43 Grade conforming to IS:8112 at Kheda in Gujarat through bulkers on FoR destination basis.
The bids will be valid for 3 months from the date of technical opening.
Eligibility criteria
1. Bidder should be a manufacturer of Ordinary Portland Cement. They need to submit the valid BIS certificate.
2. Bidder should have integrated cement plant in India and must have an annual cement production capacity of minimum 300,000 MT.
3. Bidder should have previous experience of supplying cement of same specification at power plant/any infrastructure project/other industries in last two years.
4. The financial turnover of the bidder must be INR 1.85 crore or more over last three financial year.
5. Consortium bidding is not allowed.
6. Bidder need to quote for entire quantity.
Tender schedule
Bid submission due and tender opening dates are on the same day i.e 23 Feb’16 at 15:00 hrs IST and 15:30 hrs IST respectively.
