Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) is an integrated power plant equipment manufacturer and one of the largest engineering and manufacturing company of its kind in India.
The company has invited a global tender for purchase of 10,000 MT carbon steel bloom for manufacturing of hot and cold finished seamless steel tubes/pipes as per Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR) at Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.
Validity: The offer will be valid till 30 days from the date of price bid opening.

The total quantity of bloom is to be supplied in 4 lots (2,500 MT each) and the delivery of all the 4 lots should be completed within 140 days from the date of LOI/PO released in CFR basis. For indigenous suppliers, the delivery should be completed within 150 days.
Tender schedule
Bid submission due and technical bid opening dates are scheduled on the same day i.e 21 Apr’16 at 14:00 hrs IST and 14:30 hrs IST respectively.
