The Monitoring committee in Karnataka has released 1.08
million tonnes (MT) of Iron ore through the latest e-auction held on 20th and 21st April.
The base price of Iron ore fines auctioned by NMDC Donimalai
mines in the previous auction was Rs 1600-1700/MT. It has gone up to Rs
1700-2100/MT in the e-auction held on 20th & 21st April.
Similarly, the base price for NMDC's Iron ore lumps which
was Rs 4100-4300/MT in the previous e-auction has gone up to Rs 4700-4800/MT.
The next e-auction will be held on 27th of April offering a
quantity of 6,96,000 tonnes of Iron ore.
