Base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) saw negative movements today, except for lead, which gained 1.05% d-o-d. Meanwhile, metal stocks at LME-registered warehouses also showed outflows, barring nickel, which rose 0.60% d-o-d. In India’s non-ferrous markets, domestic copper armature scrap was at INR 753,000/t ex-Delhi. Aluminium tense scrap remained stable d-o-d, with ex-Delhi-NCR prices at INR 173,000/t and ex-Chennai at INR 174,000/t.
