The world’s second largest steel producer, China’s Baosteel Group, has raised HRC prices by RMB 100/t ($14) across its subsidiaries Baoshan, Qingshan, Dongshan and Meishan steel plants. Likewise, the price of pickled HRC, used in manufacture of automobiles and cold pressing parts, has been raised by RMB 100/t.
