- Current offers from plants are at BDT 75,000-77,000/t ($874-897) exy-Chittagong and BDT 74,000-75,000/t ($862-874) exy-Dhaka.
- Following the global trend of a spurt in imported ferrous scrap prices, steel mills are feeling the cost push, while demand is rebounding fast. Therefore, mills have increased their rebar offers.
