Bangladesh: Finished steel sales dip during Ramadan

Prices in the rebar market in Bangladesh lacked support as limited construction activities are being witnessed during Ramadan.
As per SteelMint assessment, major mills are offering rebar (10-16mm) at BDT 85,000-86,000/t ($984-996/t) exw Chittagong, down BDT 1,000/t ($12/t).
Dhaka-based mills lowered their rebar prices further to BDT 78,000- 80,000/t ($903-926/t) exw.
