In a recent development, Bangladesh is planning to build a power plant in India through the Bangladesh-India Friendship Company (BIFCL).
According to the report by Dhaka Tribune, the country is looking forward to build a solar or coal-based power plant in India. The hindrance in land allotment in Bangladesh has been cited as the reason behind developing the power project in India.
