Banas Dairy Invites Tender for Purchase of 15,000 MT Imported Coal

Banaskantha District Cooperative Milk Producers Union Ltd also known as Banas Dairy requires 3,900 MT coal per month for Palanpur and 300 MT per month for Katarva plant. For these plants Imported coal is used as main fuel.

The company invites tender for purchase of 15,000 MT imported coal within three months for dairy and cattle-feed plant at Palanpur and Katarva respectively situated in Banaskantha district, Gujrat, India.

Bidder should have experience of supplying at least 15,000 MT imported coal to any one or more reputed firms in last one year.

Instructions for suppliers

1. The tender shall me submit by post/courier or by hand at office before the due date.

2. All bids will be opened in the presence of intending parties who will be present at the time of bid opening.

3. The bidder shall have to enclose the following documents:

A) List of all the purchase orders of supply during last 36 months along with any one performance certificate
B) Excise/sales tax document issued by government or semi government department which proves that the bidder is in business for the required period
C) Bidder shall be registered with the office of competent authority or under statutory bodies at the time of bid opening

4. The validity of the offer is 60 days from the date of tender submission

Tender schedule

Due date for bid submission is 5 May’16 at 13:30 hrs IST and the techno-commercial opening on same day at 15:00 hrs IST.
