Nepal: Rebar offers drop by $6/t w-o-w amid sluggish demand
Nepal’s rebar offers dropped by NPR 900/t ($6/t) w-o-w to NPR 78,000-79,000/t ($563-570/t) for cash guarantee sales and NPR 80,000-82,000/t ($578-592/t) for bank guarantee ones. Prices dropped amid sluggish domestic demand in the retail market. Wire rod offers dipped by $7/t w-o-w to around $498/t CNF Raxaul, Nepal, for IF-EAF-route products.
