Australian premium hard coking coal prices increased by $4/t d-o-d to $271/t FOB as on 29 Sep’22. Prices rose after a deal of 75,000 t was concluded at $272/t for Nov laycan. The expectations of a demand pickup in India with the rainy season nearing its end is also providing support to coking coal prices.
