Australian coking coal prices fall further by $15/t

Australian premium hard coking coal prices fell by $15/t d-o-d on 6 July to $270/t FOB. As steel demand is weak, steel manufacturers are making only need-based purchases. Heavy rains in Australia may put a strain on mining activities but the extent of the disruption is unknown, resulting in no support to prices.
