Australian premium low-volatile hard coking coal prices increased by $2.25/t to $225/t FoB on 18 Aug’21 on the back of a number of deals concluded in the ex-China market amidst persistent supply tightness. Meanwhile, US traders of coking coal are focusing on supplying to China in anticipation of higher realisations.
