Australian premium low-volatile (PLV) hard coking coal (HCC) price decreased by $0.75/t to $139/t FoB as offers were lowered to attract buyers. Meanwhile, seaborne HCC delivered prices to India surged due to strong demand from Indian steel mills coupled with weather-related supply concerns in Australia.
