Australian premium low-volatile (PLV) hard coking coal price (HCC) dropped by $1/t to $138/t FoB yesterday. Even though the seaborne coking coal market saw increased trading activity as Chinese participants returned, the PLV FoB market weakened amid lower-priced offers for March cargoes.
