Australia: Southeastern region to hit by floods again

Southeastern Australia to face heavy rainfall due to La Nina causing floods again, forecasted Bureau of Meteorology. The heavy rains in southwestern New South Wales and northeastern Victoria have already disrupted coal supply and mining operations. The country is facing fourth La Nina alert after three consecutive La Nina weather in last three years. The heavy rains are expected till February end of 2023.
