Australia: Port Hedland’s iron ore exports down 9% m-o-m in Jan’21

Australia’s biggest port – Port of Port Hedland, has achieved monthly throughput at 42.7 mn t in Jan’21, a 11% m-o-m decline against Dec’20. Out of total throughput, iron ore exports were 42.2 mn t, decreasing 9% m-o-m. The Pilbara Port Authority has three main ports – Port Ashburton, Port of Dampier and Port of Port Hedland.
