- Australia’s iron ore (including pellets) exports inched up by 0.4% m-o-m in Nov’22 to 74.42 mnt from 74.12 mnt in Oct’22, as per data recently released by Customs.
- China was the major importer with 64.55 mnt followed by Japan and South Korea 4.2 mnt and 3.54 mnt respectively.
- Cumulative export volumes slightly up by 1% to 784.43 mnt y-o-y in Jan-Nov’22 as against 776.26 mnt in the year-ago period.
