Australia iron ore export shipments picked up by 14% to 230.4 mn t in second quarter CY20 as against 202.1 mn t in Q1 CY20 with China being the largest importer at 196.4 mn t (up by 19% q-o-q). The exports witnessed a rise amid rising Chinese demand supported by rising construction activities.
