Australia’s Hay Point Port Berth 3 is presently undergoing maintenance shutdown from 25 Feb-5 Mar’24, while DBCT Port Berth 2 is scheduled for maintenance from 21 Feb-13 Mar’24. In January 2024, Hay Point’s total coal exports amounted to 2.47 mnt, while DBCT’s coal exports stood at 4.37 mnt. Together, they contributed to Australia’s overall coal exports of 6.84 mnt out of a total of 27.84 mnt in Jan’24.
