Australia: Coking coal prices rise on firm demand amid tight supply

The price of Australian premium hard coking coal (HCC) increased by $4/t to $198/t, FoB, on consistently strong buying interest amid supply tightness. The highest bid was reported at $196/t, FoB Australia, for Peak Downs or Saraji branded low-volatile HCC, with Aug’21 laycan.
