- The discount for MAC fines rose from 8% in Nov to 12% in Dec, while for Jimblebar and Yandi fines discounts now stand at 24.5% and 29%, respectively.
- Discounts have widened due to reduced demand in the winter heating season in China. Falling prices and steel margins inhibit growth in medium- and high-grades too.
