Major miner, Anglo American, has reduced its coking coal production guidance for the third time in a year. The guidance is revised to 15-17 mnt against 20-22 mnt for 2022. Meanwhile, for 2023 it has lowered coal production guidance to 16-19 mnt from 22-24 mnt. The decision comes in the wake of the company ramping up longwalls at its key mines following major safety issues in past 2 years.
