Arya Iron & Steel has reduced pellet prices by INR 200/MT to INR 4,300/MT (loaded to wagons, Odisha).
Arya Iron & Steel, one of the largest merchant Pellet manufacturers in the eastern region with an annual capacity of 1.2 MnT, has cut Pellet prices by INR 200/MT. Current offers are assessed at INR 4,300/MT, as per loaded to wagons at Barbil railway siding (Odisha). Jindal Steel & Power is offering Fe 63% pellets at INR 4,400/MT (loaded to wagons, Odisha)
The Pellet maker has reduced prices on the backdrop of weak demand and declining Sponge iron prices in the Indian market. P-DRI prices in eastern India have fallen by upto INR 200/MT W-o-W. Pellet manufacturers are anticipating Odisha based merchant miners to cut prices shortly which might give some relief to them.
Pellet prices in Bellary have fallen by INR 200/MT W-o-W. Fe 63% pellets are at INR 5,200/MT (basic).
