Induction furnace-route steel wire rod demand remained active for the second day in Chhattisgarh’s Raipur market. Around 9,400 t transactions were concluded by Raipur and Raigarh based suppliers at the price range of INR 52,300-52,800/t exw and FOR basis. Buyers who had previously opted to wait and watch are now aggresively procuring from last couple of days, SteelMint learned.
