The Indian Anthracite Coal market has continued to remain lackluster, with buyers in the country preferring alternate fuels. As a result of the sluggish atmosphere, imports have almost come to a naught.
The latest import offer for the coal type is assessed at around USD 120/MT CFR India.

During the first 2 weeks in Jan’17, no Anthracite Coal import consignment had landed at any Indian port, according to CoalMint Research.
