Another bulk ferrous scrap import booking reported in Bangladesh

Bangladesh based steel mills have been active in booking bulk scrap cargoes this week. Apart from three bulk bookings reported by SteelMint yesterday, another composite bulk US origin cargo of 32,000 t has been booked recently. The cargo comprises of HMS 1&2 (80:20) booked at $495 and shredded at $500/t CFR Chittagong basis. Falling scrap inventories have resulted in aggressive bulk bookings this week.
