Amarendu Prakash, Director In-charge at SAIL’s Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) has assumed the additional charge of Director SAIL’s Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) on 1 Aug’21 following the retirement of Dipak Chattaraj as CEO of RSP. Prakash, a B.Tech in metallurgy from Ranchi University, is an accomplished technocrat and possesses over 28 years of experience, comprising 24 years in plant operations at SAIL-BSL and four years at the Chairman’s office in SAIL. He began his career at SAIL in 1991.
