AM/NS India’s production drops 7%, sales remain stable q-o-q in Q3CY’24

Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel India’s (AM/NS India) crude steel production declined 7% q-o-q to 1.743 mnt in Q3CY’24 as against 1.867 mnt in Q2CY’24. The company’s shipments remained largely stable on the quarter at 1.887 mnt in Q3CY’24. The company’s EBITDA dropped 32% q-o-q to $162 million in Q3 from $237 million in previous quarter due to negative price-cost effect.
