AM/NS India increases coated flat steel prices by up to INR 1,000/t ($12) for Oct’22

Private integrated steel producer ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India (AM/NSI) has raised list prices of coated flat steel products by INR 750-1,000/t ($9-12) for early-October sales. Subsequent to the revision, prices of galvanised coil (0.8mm, 80gsm) stand at INR 66,750/t ($820/t) and pre-painted galvanised iron (PPGI) at INR 79,500/t ($977/t). Prices are on exy-Mumbai basis, excluding GST @ 18%.
