AM/NS India, which commenced operations at the Ghoraburhani-Sagashai iron ore mine in Odisha in Sep’21, is aiming to produce 5 mnt of high-quality ore in 2022. The company aims to ramp up production to 7.2 mnt/year. Meanwhile, the company’s pellet production inched lower in Q2CY’22 following the announcement of a 45% export duty on pellets in late May.
