Aluminium scrap prices in India remained stable on 27 Feb’23 as compared to last trading day. Prices of tense were recorded at INR 161,000 t ($1,945/t) and utensils at INR 172,000/t ($2,078/t) exy and excluding GST. Sources informed that transactions are slightly dull today despite an increase in LME futures by 0.86% to $2,355/t at the time of reporting along with price cut announcements by primary players like Hindalco and Balco.
